If you need to cancel

If you need to cancel your registration for a workshop, please notify me in writing via email as soon as possible.

• In case of extenuating circumstances that prevent you from attending the workshop, please reach out to me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate your situation.
• If you are unable to attend but wish to send a substitute participant in your place, please inform me in advance with full details of the substitute.

If a workshop is cancelled

• While it is my utmost priority to conduct the workshop as scheduled, I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances, such as low enrolment numbers or trainer unavailability due to illness or other extenuating circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund or transfer to another date will be provided.
• If you intend booking flights or accommodation prior to the workshop, please contact us first to check the status of registrations before booking. Adelaide Massage Connection will not be responsible for loss of travel costs due to a workshop cancellation.

Mentoring packages

• Mentoring hours are prepaid and booked by arrangement. Hours are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Sessions rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice are not deducted from your package. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed, are deducted.
• Changed your mind? Unused hours can be refunded at any time within the 12 months. Hours already used are charged at the standard rate of $95 per hour, and the balance refunded.
• If we are unable to deliver your remaining hours, they are refunded in full.
